rr999 Terms and Conditions — Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rr999 ("rr999", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using the rr999 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

rr999 provides an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to players in Pakistan. The platform includes but is not limited to Casino games, Slot games, Fish Games, Live Casino and Sports Betting covering Cricket, PSL, Football, Esports and other markets. These Terms apply to all sections and features of the platform without exception.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rr999 platform. Continued use of any part of the platform — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits or requesting withdrawals — constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

To access the full rr999 platform — including placing bets, playing casino games and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register an account. Registration is free and open to adults aged 18 and over who are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and a payment method registered in your own name. rr999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
• Account credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.

• rr999 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to secure your own login credentials.
• Accounts registered using false information may be closed at any time without prior notice.

rr999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers and cards. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name — depositing using a payment account belonging to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed during the deposit process. rr999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Deposits are generally credited to your rr999 balance within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.
• Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on processing times at your bank.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact rr999 support with your transaction reference.
• rr999 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.
• Deposits made in error cannot be automatically reversed — contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method used for deposits, or to a verified account in your name. rr999 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the receiving payment provider.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, rr999 may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not unique to any individual player. Providing the requested documentation promptly will help avoid delays to your withdrawal.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method.
• rr999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing large withdrawal requests.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is a pending verification or if unusual account activity has been flagged for review.
• rr999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.

rr999 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on Cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, T20 World Cup and Asia Cup), Football, Esports and other sports markets. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as displayed on the platform at the time of placement.

Bets are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to review the bet slip carefully before confirming a wager. rr999 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances set out below.

• Bet cancellation: rr999 may cancel a bet if an event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined, in accordance with the applicable sport rules.
• Obvious errors: rr999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or pricing mistake. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors will have bets voided.
• Live betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits may apply per event, per market or per day. These limits are displayed within the betting section.
• Suspicious activity: rr999 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is evidence of match-fixing, insider information or coordinated betting abuse.
• Cricket-specific rules: For PSL and other cricket markets, "match" result bets require a minimum number of overs to be completed for a result to stand, as specified per match format in the betting rules section.

The rr999 Casino section includes Live Casino tables, classic table games, video slots, Fish Games and other arcade-style titles. All games are provided by third-party game suppliers and operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems. rr999 does not control the underlying game logic — this is managed entirely by the game provider.

Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player or any external party. All bets placed in casino and slot games are final once the round begins. Incomplete rounds resulting from a disconnection will be resolved automatically once the connection is restored.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are determined by the game provider, not rr999.
• Playing casino games while experiencing a known technical fault with the platform is not permitted and any winnings generated during a known fault may be voided.
• Fish Games operate under their own mechanic and rules as displayed within each individual game.
• Live Casino games are subject to the rules stated by the live dealer and the game interface at the time of play.
• rr999 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. Familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

rr999 may offer bonuses, free bets and promotional rewards to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry periods — which will be stated clearly when the promotion is advertised.

General bonus terms that apply across all rr999 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred or sold.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• rr999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus already applied to an account if it suspects the bonus is being abused, including through multi-accounting or systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.

rr999 expects all players to behave honestly, responsibly and with respect for the platform and other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture or permanent closure:

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or use of insider information in sports betting markets.

• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account.
• Making false claims or chargebacks in relation to deposits or winnings.

rr999 monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account that displays unusual patterns. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, rr999 may take immediate action including account suspension, voiding of bets and retention of balances pending investigation.

rr999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, providing false registration information, suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified where practically possible.
• Verified balances held in a suspended account that is subsequently cleared of wrongdoing will be made available for withdrawal.
• Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, rr999 may retain balances that were funded through the prohibited activity.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rr999 support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal.
